Damascus, SANA – In the presence of President Ahmad al-Sharaa, the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports (GALSP) and DP World signed an agreement worth 800 million US dollars on Sunday.
“In the presence of President Ahmad al-Sharaa, an agreement was signed between the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports and Dubai Ports World, worth $800 million, as a strategic step aimed at strengthening port infrastructure and logistics services in Syria,” a SANA reporter said.
He added: “The signing of the agreement is a continuation of the procedures for the related memorandum of understanding, which was signed by the General Authority of Syrian Land and Sea Ports with Dubai Ports World last May.”
