Supreme Fatwa Council: sanctity of blood of the Syrians

Damascus, SANA – The Supreme Fatwa Council in Syria announced a set of Islamic rules, following the painful events in Sweida province, including the bloodshed, attacks, and displacement it has witnessed.
The supreme council said that the treason and seeking help from the Zionist enemy is totally prohibited.

It noted to the sanctity of the blood of children and women, banning any attacks on civilians and weak persons or displacing them from their homes.
The council said that the state has a legal duty to protect all citizens without discrimination, to establish security, prevent sedition, deter aggressors and provide relief to the afflicted and displaced, regardless of their sect.
