Syria, Saudi Arabia sign a memorandum of understanding in the energy sector

Riyadh, SANA – The Syrian Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed on Sunday a memorandum of understanding in the energy sector.

The memorandum included enhancing bilateral cooperation in the electricity and renewable energy sectors, regional electricity interconnection, oil and gas, petrochemicals, in addition to developing human resources, encouraging innovation, and transferring technology.
