Foreign Minister receives China’s Ambassador in Damascus, talks deal with Bilateral cooperation

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Al-Shaibani, received on Tuesday Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Shi Hongwei.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields to serve the common interests of the two peoples.

The Chinese Ambassador affirmed his country’s keenness on supporting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, reiterating China’s rejection of Israeli attacks on Syrian territory.
