Idleb Internal Security arrests a criminal related to former regime militias

Idleb, SANA – The Internal Security Command in Idleb province carried out a carefully planned operation, resulting in the arrest of Abdul Razzaq Mutlaq, a criminal who previously joined multiple militias affiliated with the defunct regime before moving on to what is known as the “25th Division,” led by criminal Suheil al-Hassan.

The Ministry of Interior clarified on its Telegram channel that Abdul Razzaq Mutlaq has a criminal record full of violations, including threatening civilians with death and involvement in war crimes, in addition to appearing in photos and recordings next to the bodies of Syrians, bragging about his actions.
