Daraa, SANA – A fuel convoy containing four tankers loaded with more than 120,000 liters entered Sweida province on Wednesday through Busra al-Sham humanitarian crossing, eastern countryside of Daraa.
The the entry of this convoy comes as part of the Syrian government’s efforts to meet the basic needs of the province and denies allegations by outlaw groups that the Syrian government is besieging Sweida province.
The government sent four aid convoys, including relief supplies, food, and medical supplies, in cooperation with local and international humanitarian organizations. It also opened humanitarian corridors to deliver aid to civilians inside the governorate and to facilitate the temporary exit of those wishing to leave areas controlled by outlawed groups.
