Damascus, SANA-First Religious Judge in Damascus Mahmoud al-Ma’arawi announced that Monday, July 28th, 2014 is the first day of Eid al-Fitr holiday in Syria.
“It was confirmed that the first of Shawal month is Monday July 28th, 2014 which means the first day of Eid al-Fitr,” Judge Ma’arawi said in a statement to SANA.
