Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday Decree No. 210 for 2016 stipulating for appointing Alaa Munir Ibrahim as Governor of Damascus Countryside and Amer Ibrahim al-Eshi as Governor of Sweida.
