New Governor of Deir Ezzor sworn in before President al-Assad

Damascus, SANA- New governor of Deir Ezzor Mohammad Ibrahim Samra was sworn in before President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday.

Later, President al-Assad received the governor, provided him with his directives and wished him success in his missions.

On Wednesday, President Bashar al-Assad issued Decree No. 319 for 2016 appointing Mohammad Ibrahim Samra as Governor of Deir Ezzor.
