Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued legislative decree No. 4 for 2017 stipulating that the concerned minister could give a permanent job to temporary employees according to annual contracts, the employment of the youth contracts or those who are sons and daughters of martyrs.

President al-Assad also issued decree No. 6 for 2017 stipulating for establishing a judicial complex in al-Sfeira area and a second civil beginning court in Jabal Samaan area in Aleppo countryside.
