Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday Law no. 14 for 2017 stipulating for adding a new paragraph to Article no. 12 of the Legislative Decree no. 11 that was issued on 28/1/2015.
The new paragraph states: “locally produced goods in the case of being exported abroad”.
