The aid will be delivered in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ International Cooperation Office and active organizations, Minister Kabawat, said in a statement on the ministry’s Facebook page.
She stressed the readiness and coordination with relevant medical and relief agencies to address all humanitarian developments in the region, until secure a safe passage of convoys.
An aid convoy, jointly organized by Health and Social Affairs Ministries, had arrived to the south two days earlier, but didn’t manage to enter Sweida Governorate due to ongoing Israeli bombardment, the statement added.
