Al-Shaibani discusses with Mayors of the Syrian governorates ways of leveraging international support to serve local priorities

Damascus, SANA – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani discussed, during Saturday’s meeting with the mayors of the Syrian governorates, ways of coordinating diplomatic efforts and development plans in the Syrian governorates, as well as mechanisms for leveraging international support to serve local priorities for reconstruction, the return of displaced persons, and the improvement of service delivery.

Minister Al-Shaibani underscored the importance of integrating foreign policy with local efforts to enhance Syria’s stability and serve citizens in all governorates.
