Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday legislative decree no. 18 for 2015, which amends Article 1 of Law no. 28 for 2011.

The decree imposes a fee on all Turkish goods and materials imported to the Syrian Arab Republic.

The fee, which is 30% of the value of imported materials in question, will be allocated to support reconstruction of developing villages in Syria.
