Riyadh, SANA – Saudi Arabia on Wednesday strongly condemned statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referring to the so-called “Greater Israel Vision,” reaffirming its rejection of settlement expansion and other policies pursued by the Israeli occupation authorities.
In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned the international community of the dangers posed by continued “flagrant violations” by Israel, saying such actions undermine the foundations of international legitimacy, infringe on the sovereignty of states, and threaten regional and global peace and security.
The Kingdom reiterated its support for the Palestinian people’s historical and legal right to establish an independent, sovereign state on their own land, in accordance with relevant international laws and resolutions.
